I have out of state insurance, and I'd been going there for about 2 years. One random visit they said I had a $400 balance on my account. I hadn't been notified of this, so I wasn't at all prepared to pay. They gave me the run around and said they'd been waiting for my insurance to pay them (for TWO years?).

To make a long story short, service there was excellent, but if you have out of state insurance make sure you keep an eye out for any sort of outstanding balance you might have.
