They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They always listen to me, but I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution. It took several months to get an appointment for a crown scheduled and my tooth broke before the first appointment. I had to go to another dentist because they are closed on Friday. They do not have convenient hours for working people. The other dentist was able to fix my tooth without a crown, saving me quite a bit of money. They have sometimes failed to call to remind me about my upcoming semi annual appointment. The staff is always polite.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
