The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
