Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Yes, it was fine

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

This was the worst dentist I have ever seen!!!!!!

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.
I had dental insurance. They billed & collected from my insurance, I paid a hefty bill on top of that, & was still billed more.
I asked to speak with her about the charges, she refused contact. I sent her a letter. No response.
No wonder, between the costs I paid out of pocket & the insurance co. payments, she was paid more than I ever saw a bill for.

HA! I called her after an emergency referral -- I was impressed that she got in touch with me rather late on a Sunday night & was able to schedule me in the next day.

I have never cried in a dentist's chair before I encountered Dr. Rao. Hell's Bells, I was over 50 when I went to her & still had all of my teeth - No cavities!

This woman has put a collection agency on to me -- fortunately, they have stopped calling after I supplied records of my payments.

Needless to say, I got absolutely no relief from anything Dr Rao did. I only regret that ever opened up my mouth to her
