Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

All of the dentists and hygenists here are great. My whole family has been coming to them since I was a child, and it's like going to visit good friends every time we have an appointment. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and explain how your teeth are doing. They're always friendly and great with kids too. I live in Bethesda, MD now, but it's totally worth the drive. As long as they're in business, I'll keep going to them!
