They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Also the secretary is extremely rude and avoids billing insurance even when asked.

[canned response, but pretty accurate] I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
