I was worried about whether or not I could afford treatment. The dentist went over 3 different ways he could fix my problem at different costs and explained how the end result of the different options would affect me. The staff gave me estimates of the different procedures so that I could compare the costs and the benefits of each procedures. The Dentist, Dr Sharma even encouraged me to decide what I wanted instead of telling me what is best for me.The staff and assistants were very helpful. I would definitly return, recommend this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Went in to get a filling, the hygienist was rude and wanting to be done for they day, so she didn't grind my tooth down enough. I've never had a headache that bad before, when I called to get them to fix it, the receptionist was so fake. Went in, they ground it down, and after a few days the aching went away. So for two weeks I was taking 12 ibuprofen and still didn't completely take it away.

I found out later that they tried to bill my new insureance after they had already been paid by my old insureance. They are scammers and greedy hogs and I would not recommend their facility.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly,.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. My root canal was a failure and they want to charge me another 100$ to fix their failure.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. It was a horribly cold shock every few minutes. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
