They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
