The staff was friendly enough, but that wasn't the issue. It was the dentist. First, Bemis put his hands in my mouth without gloves. He also, put some metal contraption on my mouth and left me in the chair with this device holding my mouth open, while he left for lunch without saying a word to me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed and disgusted by his lack of professionalism.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
