Dr. Jang is a great dentist. He is almost pain free. I would recommend him highly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods and I was comfortable and at ease during the visit. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. They are located in a safe neighborhood.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
