They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never call them again the receptionist told me the that my daughters treatment sounded very "complicated" and she didnt feel she had time to deal with it. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me off the phone

I am very dissapointed in the service they are willing to provide.... They dont take the time to explain things thouroughly, and they rush the visit. They also are not great with children, my son went in excited not scared at all... and left sad and upset because they werent very nice to him.

My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
