They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Isenberg is a great dentist and the staff is always wonderful and helpful.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
