I broke a front tooth crown...an emergency appt copay is $25 and regular copay is $10 but regular appts are months out. I told them I would go to any Kaiser clinic but that did not help....appointment person could not find an appointment (emergency or regular) and said she would "call back". I then asked to talk to a benefit person to find out how much a crown costs and how much of my dental plan benefit covered and got a recording...saying they will call back.
I ended up spending the whole day waiting for the "call back" that often never comes....The problem is that Wilamette Dental was not any better when I was covered by them.
