They were very RUDE. My questions were not answered, and they didn't even wait to hear them out fully, before they said NO, NO, NO! It's places like this that give DSHS dentistry a bad name. Luckily, this isn't the only place that takes DSHS or low income medical/patients. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything.
