Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You are never rushed or treated like a number. After a cleaning your teeth feel incredible. They are willing to work later in the day so you don't have to take off work which is a plus. I highly recommend!

strongly recommended Dr. Mark!!! I had been to a couple dentists, I was told the same thing over and over, there was nothing that could be done about my "bad" teeth. Thank you to Dr. Mark and his assistant I now have "good" teeth. I have never felt so good about my smile. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Mark for making me feel so good about myself!!! He is the best dentist in the area!!! THANK YOU

I thought I was going to a good dentist until I started having problems with teeth over and over again. I could type for an hour on a few things that led to me leaving. The short answer is that the cleanings were poor, which led me to think i was getting gum disease. Went to new dentist and now have no gum problems at all. My wife had a crown done, and it has a hole in it not long later. It was apparently ground too thin to not touch the tooth on the bottom and then gave way at some point. This seems like a great place until you see beyond friendlyness and look at actual work that is being done. I firmly believe that Mark is a sham of a dentist just out to support his Lincoln Navigator and half a dozen or so adopted kids that make him feel like he is important. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

I have spent thousands here to get teeth fixed. I recently moved and my new dentist was appalled at the work that was done. Spots on my teeth that I was told were not cavities began to spread to other teeth and new dentist confirmed they are cavities. This dentist seems to try to recommend things that they will get paid the most money for, but thankfully the hygentist stopped him before he did a procedure costing 1100, versus the 200 one she recommended. I do not trust Mark at all any more. Seems nice on the surface, but now that I have another dentist after my last visit where the hygentist stopped him, I know they were not taking care of me like they should. I still have issues with a couple of teeth his has worked on that cause me pain to this day, but have been told the teeth are fine, but I know they are not, and new dentist believes the same. Seems nice on the surface, but patient beware.

Lets just say that what you see on the surface, is not always what is going on. Go in for an appointment, leave with it half complete. Never followed up on how I was doing, never even setup a reschedule. Visited in the winter and the office was cold, had several blankets to try to keep me warm. I could go on and on. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. few of my questions were answered, little was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Since my visit, I know multiple people with the same concerns and complaints that I have.
