I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I have neverr been to a dentist where I do not see the dentist . This happened more than once and the experience overall was bad.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
