I called for an emergency visit, and was brushed off. Since then I have lost a tooth. The other bone grafted. They claim in their ad that they would would treat an emergency right away, but they didn't (twice). After writing a letter, they didn't even respond to it. Wrote 2 letters.If an abscessed tooth is not an emergency, what is? Will not go back again. Ever!!! Ever!!!! Hygienist has gotten rougher too.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were decent, but not very affordable

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Does this provider give unbiased advice?
No. I didn't trust their motives.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
No, it didn't feel like they cleaned them
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
