No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Due to bad experiences in childhood and my early teens, I had a lifelong fear of dentists. Dr. Greulich is such a fantastic doctor that I'm no longer scared to make regular appointments. And, get this: he made me WANT to floss, without being at all patronizing. We've since moved away, sadly, but I recommend Dr. Greulich to anyone who asks if I know of a good dentist.

My first visit to him was for an infected tooth, after years of avoiding dentists entirely. I only went because I had to. The pain was excruciating. The infection happened over the weekend, but he got me some pain medication immediately and saw me as soon as he could on Monday. The tooth extraction went about as well as a tooth extraction can, and he actually believed me when I told him it took a LOT of medication to numb me. He was very sensitive to my fears about dentists, stopped working anytime I winced to make sure I was doing OK, and talked to me like I was a real adult. He also put a permanent bridge in to replace the extracted tooth and did an excellent job. You would never know I have a bridge. For both appointments, he called me personally a couple of days later to make sure all was well and that I didn't have any problems with my tooth.

He's also an excellent doctor for routine checkups. His staff is very personable and courteous. This probably sounds over the top, but I can't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

I have visited Mark Greulich 5 times already and am very pleased and impressed with the work he has done so far.

I first visited him because I broke one of my teeth in half. I called their office and got an appointment within 24 hours. Mark Greulich took some xray and prepare my teeth for a crown on this first day.(I believe most dentist would have made me come over three or 4 times before even preparing my teeth for a crown.

Another thing that amazed me is that, when it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for a crown to be made, it only took him a week.


I visited many dentist in Wisconsin and other state before him, including big dental places such as Midwest Dental and Forward Dental and not of them have amazed me as much as Mark Greulich

Compare to all the places I visited before, I really felt Mark Greulich cared about fixing my teeth without emptying my wallet.

I strongly recommend this dentist to anyone.
