PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC DR.ZHANG WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A NUMBER I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY DOES HE LACK OF RESPECT TO HIS PATIENTS BUT ALSO IT SEEMS LIKE I HAD TO PAY EXTRA IN ORDER FOR HIM TO SAY A SIMPLE HELLO. I GAVE HIM VARIOUS OPPORTUNITIES THINKING MAYBE HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY BUT AFTER GOING TO SEE HIM 3 TIMES AND RECEIVED THE SAME ATTITUDE, RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT I AM CERTAIN HE NEEDS AN EXTENSIVE CLASS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This provider did not seem to invent cavities or recommend procedures I didn't need, but the personalities of the staff are all over the map. Some are pleasant, some are not at all. And they don't return phone messages, so don't bother talking to their answering machine. If you catch them on the phone, keep your appointment and don't need to leave a message, they're fine. The quality of the care itself is quite good.

It was like a "McDonald's" of dental offices. Personalized service is non existent. Other than that, a dentist is a dentist.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
