They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
