I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

My check up was terrible. The cleaning was far from thorough, and Dr. Spears didn't even see me for it. However, he did perform my filling. After having constant, terrible pain for a week, I went back in and he prescribed an antibiotic (which I happen to be allergic to, and it's on file), a muscle relaxor, and a pain medication. The office gives services they know aren't covered by insurance without asking, then stick you with the bill, no questions asked. There is little to no communication between he and the patients and assistants, and the office appears outdated and far from being regulation-approved. I would NEVER recommend anyone to see him.
