The office staff are terrible. I specified that I wanted my appointment with Dr. Ligon. I had to make an appointment to get two teeth filled. I told Jessica that I wanted to make my appointment with Dr. Ligon. Jessica, the receptionist said I would have to see whoever was available. I e-mailed the office manager about this and she said she was terminating as a patient. I am a new patient. Brittany the office manager treats people terrible. Stay away from Dr. Ligon's dentist office because you will be treated rude if they want to treat you like that.
Dr. Ligon and Staff made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr.Ligon did a wonderful job putting my crowns on and my fillings in. I always had the best experience every time I had an appointment with him. Although, I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation .Which if you ask anyone then they would agree that is how it should be! Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedures, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. Dr. Ligon and his staff also worked with me on my Payments. They helped me to work out a super, affordable way for me to pay what I owed. If your searching for a professional and caring Dentist who is knowledgeable at what he does and cares for his patients. Then, you absolutely should go see Dr. Ligon and his Staff.
