They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They offer good pricing and work well with my insurance company. I was pleased with how little I ended up having to pay.

I had this dentist for years and things are ok if you have no problems. However, anything besides a cleaning is bad news. He screwed up a filling twice leading to a cracked tooth and root canal which I went to a specialist for. My mom unfortunately had a root canal done by him and she said it was the worst one she had ever had, and she had 4 prior ones. Recently he did different filling and now I have pain that I didn't before. I'll probably see a different dentist to fix the damage. Save yourself the pain and find a different dentist.
