The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The staff is friendly and inviting. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I have two bridges that I have had for 10 years now. I have had to get them repaired many times in those ten years, and most recently went to Dr. Pavlos for a repair. I have never paid more than $150 for one of these repairs, even without insurance. With Dr. Pavlos' repair (which broke again the NEXT DAY), I had to pay $430 out of pocket, plus my insurance company paid $230! One tooth repair totaled $660.00! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and when I called them to inquire why I was charged for two restorations to get one tooth fixed, they said because that one tooth is attached to two others. It makes sense if you think of it literally, however I have never had a dentist charge me for two restorations before then, and I've been to about five different dentists throughout the years. Plus they charged for a dental exam which did not even happen that visit.
I'm a fairly easy person to deal with, and do not complain often, but when I come across a problem like this where I feel I've been taken advantage of I like to share it with people. My advice to anyone thinking of going to her is DON'T unless you want to get the worst dental care for the highest price.
