I'm looking for him, too. I just found out myself yesterday when the office called to schedule me to see a new doctor. Likewise, they will not give me any information only that he was no longer. I asked for his nurse and I was told that she was no longer there, too. Now I understand why CVS/Pharmacy have not been able to get my medication refilled for about one and one half weeks which has never happened in the 16 years that I have been seeing Dr. Mouse. He is the best doctor I have ever had. If anyone is able to locate him, please let me know ASAP at au-123@live.com

Dr. Mouse has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is very caring and takes the time to listen to any concerns.
Like others, I can't seem to find where he is practicing and Family Care of Independence will not disclose that information. If any one knows where he is practicing, we would love to get that information!

I have been seeing Dr Mouse for 2.5 years. He is a great Doctor. Unfortunately I can't find where he is practicing since he left family care of Independence Late in December 2014. If anyone knows where he is practicing please let me know. I see that it says he is at this practice, but I called and they said he isn't here either. johncampbell32@aol.com

Dr. Mouse is a great family physician. My whole family goes to him and will continue to as long as possible. He really cares about his patients and is always very welcoming.
