I usually see Dr. Killen, but he was out of the office. Yet, I was able to get in the same day and see Dr. Mowry. She was awesome! She covered all bases, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I love Dr. Killen and I am so happy that I can see Dr. Mowry, as well. Awesome service and caring doctors.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The office was easy enough to find. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
