Dr. Koo and her nurse are both delightful people, as well as excellent care givers.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I know that they will almost always fit me in if I need a last minute appointment. Dr. Koo actually will stay past her scheduled hours in order to see to then needs of her patients. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running on time for the most part. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
