Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Don't go to the Institute for Family Medicine for a visa application. They are hopelessly incompetent. For being a panel doctor, I had quite the run around and no one seemed to know what was going on. It took 6 weeks before I had everything straightened out. The second time I called to find out what was going on, they hung up on me. Oh, and they don't take insurance for these. SCAM!!!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
