I have been going to Dr Santiago for over 20 years now. He truly cares about his patients. He has a GREAT STAFF who truly try their best in getting you in to see the Dr. as quickly as possible. Everyone is greeted w/a smile (which i have been to a lot of specialists & that's not the case at most of thier offices) & a warm welcome. Even when i moved 12 years ago out to arnold I still stayed w/ Dr. Santiago (even though i had many Doctors who were closer to me to choose from) for these reasons. He is a GREAT DR. & has a GREAT STAFF!!!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Appointment times were convenient.
