I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Dibble is a good doctor. She is intelligent, patient and kind. She spends as much time as you need and explains things completely. I have been seeing her for some years and definitely would recommend her.
I do have some concern recently about her staff. The woman who replaced Cindy as phone-answerer (assistant? secretary?) seems not as friendly or as helpful. I had to intervene between my insurance provider and her staff billing person to get Dr. Dibble paid--and I do NOT think the problem was at my insurance provider's end.
When I called Dr. Dibble's office a month or so ago, there was just a message saying that she was out until early May---which means that for at least a week there was no one covering her practice. That works for a referral or a broken leg, but is not so good for, say, strep throat, which should neither be ignored nor taken to a hospital emergency room.
(I would like to add that this website should NOT be providing a "draft review", which is tantamount to a canned endorsement. or a canned dis.)
