They made an appointment for me asap and some diagnostic testing is done in their office which is very convenient. The only issue I have is with their phone system. Hands down it is the longest message ever and with the exception of appointments I can never reach anyone. Also, with the exception of the first appointment they do not call to remind you the day prior to your appointment.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
