They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
