dr ladd and her staff are awesome. i have been going to her for 12 years and so happy a changed ob-gyn when i did. she is very informative, non-judgemental and truly takes time during the visit to talk with her. i unconditionally recommend her.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
