Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. Their office was nice and quiet. They take ridiculously long lunches and leave a lot of times before the day is over, so if they call you a 4:50 with test results and you call back at 4:55 because you missed it, you're probably out of luck. They have screwed up my prescriptions more than once and treat me like it is my fault. Judy, one of the receptionists is probably the worst person in the world. Anything you ask her she treats you like you are stupid for even asking and takes for ever to do anything, even call a prescription into a pharmacy. I am never going back because of her and the other receptionists, Dr Hill is fantastic, but he needs a new staff.
