Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

No, they didn't get upset

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Not happy with the way they handle vaccinations. I was told if I didnt vaccinate I was neglecting my child and was no longer welcome at the practice!!! I just wanted information about the vaccines they were giving my newborn! They are very defensive on every vaccine and wont even let you talk. They just interupt and act like you know nothing and they know everything

They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
