They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. We have been seeing Dr. Jirovec for 18+ years. He is always thorough - never feel like we are being rushed through. He always takes the time to ask questions and to answer questions.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
