I have been gong to Midwest Family Physicians - Dr. Anderson - for multiple years. He is very hard to get an appointment to see - seems like he only works a few days a week. I called their Nurses hotline yesterday morning - did not get a call back. I called again today (Saturday) The on call Dr. returned my call promptly, but told me to go to an emergency clinic for my cold symptoms. If they would have returned my call yesterday it would have saved me hundreds of $'s. I find the whole group to be incompetent and my general feeling is that they don't care about their patients. I have had several other issues with this office as well I'm looking for a new Dr. Extremely frustrated!
