They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
