They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The office staff was very rude and arrogant. They are very incompetent and does not make an effort to get all the necessary paperwork before appointments. They make patients come back for rescheduled appointments by telling them they don't have the paperwork. They hung up on me several times or put me on hold for over 30 minutes when I tried to make appointments. The office staff refuses to give phone messages to Dr. Chopra and said that the doctor does not return phone calls to patients ever.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I've been a patient at Dr. Chopra's office for 4 years. I've never met Dr. Chopra and have had my Dr. Changed on me 3 times in 4 years. I' am a medicare.medicaid patient who was severely injured as a child. I have a seizure disorder and some other medical issues going on. Every time the Dr. was changed on me, the Dr. did not know exactly what was wrong with me and would tell me that I was fine.
Edgar J Evangelista, MD was my last neurologist that I saw and he would tell me that I was fine.
Every time I would get a new Dr. I would need to get all the same tests over again. I honestly think that because I was on a private insurance through Medicare and Medicaid would cover the co-pays, it was seriously misused and I suspect some fraudulent charges concerning Dr. Chopra & Associates.
