They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
