The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The staff in the office are reliable and friendly. Overall, however, Dr. Kirmani is the best doctor I have ever had. I am 20 years old and in college now, but I saw her from the ages of 11-18, and my little sister who is 9 years old now has seen her since her birth. I cannot say a bad thing about this doctor -- she listened to my concerns, while others passed me off as being a "whining teenager". She genuinely understood the problems I was facing, and she listens patiently and thoughtfully to her patients' concerns. I wish she practiced general medicine so that I could continue to see her.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. My son's nebulizer was broken and I called on Thursday morning and left a message with the Front office and necer got a call back. At 5:00 I called and was told that they would return my call back Friday Morning. Well Friday came and almost gone and I called back at 3:45 and was placed rudely on hold for 16 mins without anyone coming back to check if I was on the line to only be treated as if I was noone. All I was asking for is the DR to prescribe a new Nebulizer to be delivered to my house and was told I would have to come in for a well visit first and here we are late Friday and now runin to the weekend. When asked why I was not told earlier the gal told me they had 70 other important patients to deal with and if it was so important why didn't I make my son an appointment. Well hello he is asthmatic and that is why the DR's prescribe medication to control it and I can treat him myself if I had a working Nebulizer and save a Co-Pay. VERY RUDE SERVICES....I will not be taking my 3 kids back EVER...Also there billing is Horrible they wait over a year to try and collect unpaid copays as the girls in the front are not doing there damm job
