They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
