The staff knows what they're doing and keeps the records straight. Dr. Usher has a very calm style style and does a very complete job of listening and gathering up all you have to say into a complete picture of what's going on. He then explains what's happening and what his course of action will be in terms that are not too technical and makes sure you agree and understand the plans.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. would have been nice for dr usher to see me other then for my sleep apnea seeing how he diagnosed me with severe chronic migraines
