I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
