I started going to this doctor because a friend suggested them. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. It's just business as usual. the average check, and my desire to remove of a painful growth was discouraged by the husband telling me my insurance may not pay for it. I got a referral and did remove it though. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident my appointmentwon't be postponed, but I will sit 40-60 minutes waiting. I guess it's to be expected when it's a crowded office.
