They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
Dr. Kerner is superb.
