They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was quite and I was very relax.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all (though I'm from Essex Co). I've been a patient for 25 yrs. The doctor is a quick diagnostician, very warm and put you at ease...a plus is such a delicate and often embarrassing field.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
