Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor and had to remind them I was there three times. I was then put in the room where I listened to my doctor across the hall doing his homework recording notes on the day while I waited an additional 30 minutes. Not one employee found this unusual.

Dr. DeShaw was very good at explaining the course of treatment for my husband and he made me feel at ease knowing what we would likely expect from the side effects. He also assured us to call any time, even if it was just to ask questions. He was professional yet very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.
