Made an appointment and after waiting a week went to the office. I sat there for 45 minutes to see everyone get taken. After my inquire the decided to find out why I was still waiting only to find out that Dr. Banu was not even in the office! They could have called me to tell me to come later. Instead they suggested that I sit and wait even though they did not know when she was coming. They could have given me another doctor as people call in the morning for an appointment! Bottom line I am still walking around after two weeks with the condition getting worse. I had been going to this office for 20 years and they always they toss the patients around from doctor to doctor! Terrible care!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
