Don't go here if you plan on actually seeing Dr.Werthaim much as he routinely delegates duties to Dr. Assistants.The Assistants however are competent & willing to help but you leave feeling like you've gotten substitutes.Coupled with the Assistants is the use of training nurses,so plan on having an Assistant & training nurse attend to your medical needs.If you do meet with Dr. W, be prepared to feel rushed & talked down to.A refresher course on bedside manner is not a bad idea.He’s not there to spend much time with you as a patient.On my visit,I sensed that he spent the minimum amount of time necessary,but appreciative to have your payment & continued patronage.His clerical staff is efficient but abrasive,his office walls paper thin.I sat in my exam room & could hear everything discussed about the patient in the room next to me.That was uncomfortable & I suspect my medical condition was also being overheard by everyone.Best wishes.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
